With a traditional private markets structure (finite terms, capital drawdowns, and limited liquidity), these funds aim to amplify returns through specialised, hard-to-access opportunities.

Secondary Opportunities
To support periodic liquidity in closed-end private market funds, we facilitate six-monthly liquidity windows (after the initial lock-up and subject to terms). During these windows, investors may express interest to buy or sell positions in eligible Specialist Funds.
Liquidity is subject to demand, approvals and transfer terms, and pricing may differ from stated valuations. No liquidity is guaranteed; investments should be made with the intention to hold for the full fund term.

Co-investments
Co-investments let you invest directly alongside our leading global private markets managers in specific deals. This provides you with more targeted exposure to individual companies or assets. Because we work closely with a select group of top-tier global managers and help them reach the Australian wealth market, we are offered repeat, often exclusive co-investment opportunities that are typically reserved for large institutions, which we can open to select sophisticated/wholesale investors on a deal-by-deal basis.
However, due to the complexity and sophistication of these deals, they are not suitable for everyone. Therefore, they are only available by invitation to clients.
Opportunities are deal-specific, often capacity-constrained, and move on accelerated timelines with capital calls and limited liquidity.
