What You Need to Know
Quick answers to help you get started

What are your Flagship, Satellite, and Secondary Funds?
Start with our Funds to understand how each strategy fits together. In simple terms, our Flagship Funds are evergreen strategies designed to form the core of a long-term private markets allocation. Satellite Funds are closed-end strategies that provide targeted exposure to specific themes, managers or opportunities, while Secondaries offer time-specific opportunities to access private assets, often at attractive entry points.

Key considerations
Eligibility.
Reach Alts is available to wholesale investors (as defined in the Corporations Act (Cth).
If you’re unsure whether you qualify, consider our eligibility guide and consult your legal or financial adviser.
Fees.
We also work with underlying managers to negotiate competitive terms and minimise the “all-in” fee load wherever possible. Our fund fees are low and transparent: 0.45%–0.65% p.a. (charged on invested/committed amounts as applicable).
Some Satellite funds may also include an access fee, reflecting specialist strategies and capacity-constrained opportunities. Other fees and expenses may apply, please refer to the information memorandum for the particular fund for a full set of costs.
Risk.
Private markets are designed for long-term investing and can involve limited liquidity. Some funds offer periodic liquidity (terms apply), but redemptions may be restricted, delayed, or unavailable depending on market conditions and fund terms.
As with any investment, returns are not guaranteed and valuations may move differently to listed markets. You should review the relevant product documents and consider whether private markets are appropriate for your objectives and time horizon.
